Hi! We have a lovely large double en-suite room in a three bed flat, with balcony, available from 11th February.

The flat is located in Brackenbury Village, a quiet area of Hammersmith which is 2 mins from Ravenscourt Park and 5 mins walk to Hammersmith station, with excellent tube and bus links.

The room is light and spacious, with a double bed, plenty of storage in the form of a large wardrobe and chest of drawers, a bedside table and desk. The bed is also Ottoman style allowing for extra storage room underneath.

There is an outdoor balcony, which is ideal for summer evenings. The kitchen is well equipped with a hob, oven and two fridges. The rent includes all bills, a weekly cleaner and broadband, making it super easy to budget. The flat has a live out landlord who is very helpful and responsive.

The flat has a relaxed, friendly and homely atmosphere and is shared with 2 other female professionals. Steph, 35, who is studying Human Nutrition and working in a gym and Yasmine, 29, a paralegal in a food law company in central London.
We both enjoy keeping active with workouts, long walks & running. We’re often out seeing friends, visiting galleries and trying out London’s restaurants.

We regularly try to do dinner or movie/Netflix nights on the sofa, while also respecting each other’s privacy when you just want to chill in your room.
