Hi! We have a lovely large ensuite room in a three bed flat, with balcony, available from 30 March.

The flat is located in Brackenbury Village, a quiet area of Hammersmith which is 2 mins from Ravenscourt Park and 5 mins walk to Hammersmith station, with excellent tube and bus links.

The room is light and spacious, with good storage, a wardrobe, chest of drawers, ottoman bed and either a desk or ikea storage rack as shown in the photos.

There is an outdoor balcony, which is ideal for summer evenings. The kitchen is well equipped with a hob, oven microwave and two fridges. The rent includes all bills, a weekly cleaner and broadband, making it super easy to budget. The flat has a live out landlord who is very helpful and responsive.

The flat has a relaxed, friendly and homely atmosphere and is shared with 2 other female professionals. Courtney, 26, who works at the V&A and Cristina 40 who does finance (but not the boring stuff) and enjoys keeping active with workouts, long walks & running. We’re often out seeing friends, visiting galleries and trying out London’s restaurants. We would prefer another female.

We regularly try to do dinner or movie/Netflix nights on the sofa, while also respecting each other’s privacy when you just want to chill in your room. We love this flat and would ideally like to meet someone who is looking for a friendly home to relax in with other like minded people. If this sounds like a good fit we’d love to hear from you!
