Situated in the heart of Hammersmith this flat is close to all the amenities. Very convenient location. Just walking distance to either Hammersmith (Piccadilly, District Hammersmith&City and Circle line) and Shepherd's Bush (Central and Overground) tube stations. Served by a great number of buses and also covered by Santander bike-sharing service. Supermarkets, pubs and restaurants, theatre, libraries, gyms, shopping centre, green areas and a lovely riverside path if you want to relax and escape the hustle and bustle of the city, all easy to reach.
As I said in the advert monthly rent is £690. It is actually £641.21 for the rent, the extra covers for wifi (£12pm) and gas/electricity top up. It can be less deepening on usage.
Deposit is £500.
I am looking for an easygoing, positive, relaxed but tidy new flatmate.
