Sunlit double bedroom in a happy relaxed home

We are professionals who have created a relaxed, friendly and happy home and are looking for a new housemate to join us.

We have one lovely attic bedroom available in our spacious house in Hammersmith. The room is bright and airy, with lots of windows and natural light.
The room is offered unfurnished, but I'm happy to leave the king-size bed and wardrobe for a small additional fee if you'd prefer to keep them. There's also plenty of built-in storage!

Rent: £950 per month + bills (~120)
Deposit: £1,016

The house itself is spacious, with big rooms and lots of natural light. We have a large lounge, kitchen, two bathrooms (both with showers, one with a bath), a separate laundry room, and a garden which we make full use of in the summer for barbecues and relaxing outside.

The house has everything you’ll need, including a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven and plenty of kitchen and storage space.

Location-wise, we’re in a great spot. There’s a bus stop very close by and Hammersmith station is around a 10-minute walk away, with easy connections into central London. The river is just a couple of minutes away, and there are plenty of supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, pubs and parks nearby.

You’ll be living with Pippa, Sam and Ian, all professionals. The house has always had a cosy, sociable and easy-going atmosphere while still being somewhere everyone can have their own space.

We’re tidy, respectful and easy-going, and we’re looking for someone similar, friendly and good-natured, who will treat the house as a home rather than just somewhere to stay.
