Flatmate Barons Court wanted

We are looking for a 3rd flatmate to join us in a 3 bedroom flat near to Barons Court Station (1min walking) from July. 2 gay guys looking for a 3rd gay guy preferably.

Both professionals, my name is Rodrigo (46 years old) I’m living in this flat for 13 year and Eder living here for 6 years (41 years old).

**the small single room is behind of the entrance of the Talgarth Road, this flat is in a great location, and we are very friendly, respectful, both super busy, no party, you can rest and live in a very clean and peaceful atmosphere here with us** that the room is very close to the Barons Court station, so train noise stops very late (but we got used with it easily) ;-)

Minimum 6 months:

450£ Deposit

480£ monthly + bills is the smaller room in the house, with a space for a small double bed. Including all the furniture.

You need to prove permanent job and right to live in UK, if student, needs to prove guarantor, docs:
P45, Employer Reference, Landlord Reference, Passport, 3 months Bank Statement, 3 months Payslip, also right to live in UK.

Bills: 51£ consul tax) + 24£ (water) + 40£ (gas/electricity) + 25£ (cleaner) internet 10£ = total 105£ approx

I have 2 Jobs Woking from home 2 times pee week and office 3 times. and always busy, Eder works full time with Education also very busy, here is not a party house, but we are very friendly and easy to live with.
