There is a big fridge and freezer; the fridge used to have a water dispenser but I put gin in it before and it hasn't tasted right since then if I'm honest.

Flat is very clean and tidy and we take the help of a cleaner lady who comes and cleans every weekend!! God Bless her

There's a lovely dining room that is useful for hanging clothes on the back of the chairs to dry and I use it to eat at approximately once a year. If that's not sold the flat to you yet, maybe your potential new roommates will swing it.

We're a 36-year-old male and 26-year-old female, both professionals, looking for an easy-going, tidy professional person who'd be down for joining us to chill or have a glass of wine or a few beers occasionally.
Mohit, myself 36, works as Talent Manager for luxurious hotels & restaurants and hence works remotely and keeps on traveling around Europe every month getting paid to hire people. Not only that, enjoy free drinks and food across central London's fine dining scenes.
Dona(another flatmate) works in The Connaught Mayfair as receptionist/events coordinator and she hi to you in the morning while you guys are rushing for your 9-5 job. We do not touch( well that's how we like to keep it at least) alcohol during the week but then we do not let any weekends be wasted. We tend to finish a few bottles of wine from Friday to Sunday. You're free to join if you can bring some more alcohol. You can find us playing pool and talking to other drunk humans at Famous 3 Kings pub which is a 5-minute walk from the flat. ( they have almost 15 different beers!!)

The flat can be busy during weekday mornings when we are rushing for our 9-5 work but I assure you on weekend mornings you'll feel like you're alone in the flat as we might not even be home, slept at a mate's place or probably commuting to home after a long night out.

The room is at the back of the flat so it's really quiet and you can look into the garden and watch the squirrels play in the bins and watch the pigeons playing on the tree on days when you're feeling low. Please do not feed the pigeons though.

There's a bus stop outside and 3 tube stations within 5 minute walk if you're into that kind of thing.
It's also on the night bus route so if you're out in town and can't get an Uber it will drop you at the door at 3 am.
Nearby are all kinds of things like butchers and a laundrette and Sainsbury's, Tescos & Waitrose ( whichever you have your loyalty card with)

After my current flatmate gave notice for moving out I'm looking for someone who can take care of my lovely home and plants and who can come as a friend rather than flatmate :) We are currently 3 living in this nice place we call home. I have 1 room available for sure latest by 15th January.

The bedroom is furnished with a bed and wardrobe and has a modern bed and lighting installed. Bright and airy overlooking the backyard and victorian houses in Kensington.

There is a lovely separate kitchen/dining room space that everyone shares and we often congregate in for cooking and chilling.
We're also lucky to have a small couple-meter rectangular spot of grass that we're very much looking forward to using more of as the weather improves.

The apartment block is within a gated area with a 9-5 weekday and professional people living in the block.
There is also ample storage available for bicycles behind locked gates in the backyard.

Transport links are excellent, with Hammersmith( Picadilly, metropolitan, district lines), barons Court (Piccadilly/district line) & Westkensington(district Line) stations a few minutes walk across the road as well as regular 24/7 bus services from New road.
In addition, Kensington is just a short walk away with further transport options as well as many shops and eating establishments.
There is a Tesco Express, Sainsbury's local and 24hr TESCO extra within a 5-minute walk, with larger off-licenses and essential cafes, bars, and restaurants everything within 5/10 minutes walks.

Bills aren't included with the advertised rent and they work out to be roughly £100 per month for each tenant which covers water, electricity, heating, council tax, and the internet.
