Bright, spacious (yet cosy!) furnished double room

One of our housemates is sadly moving into another area of London, so we have a good sized double room available!

The availability date is mid September (15th) but there is some flexibility around this.

In total we’ve been in the house for over 8 years, so looking for someone who can fit right in and wants a place that feels homely rather than a simple HMO!

We’re 3 pretty chilled and friendly girls - Natalie works in TV Sports Production, Rachael works in IT for a sports/fashion brand and Esther in Commerce for a well known premium plush company!

The room is a really good size with a double bed, built in wardrobe and a large window which backs onto the garden - so a lovely and green (& quiet!) view. There’s also a lovely fireplace feature in the room.
The bathroom is shared between 3, which works well and never any clashes!

We’d love to find a similar-minded housemate who enjoys a chat over dinner /relaxing in front of the TV / chilled nights in… the usual!

We’re all very respectful of the communal areas and keep it clean and tidy, all doing a big clean once a month on a rota… and generally making sure it’s a lovely space to live in by chipping in with the chores of the dishwasher, bins etc.

The house has lots of space including a lovely huge shared living room, large well equipped kitchen - including a dishwasher, full sized dining table and tumble dryer for the colder months :).
We also love that we have a really good sized garden with a patio and lawn - perfect in the summer for BBQs or just chilling outside.

We’re pretty close to Hammersmith & Barons Court tube (Piccadilly / District / H&C Lines) - around a 15 min walk but also the buses are super regular from a few mins away.

We’re only a street over from the Thames as well, so great running/walking/cycling routes!

We absolutely love living here, and are keen to welcome someone in who has a similar vibe so please do get in touch - we’d love to hear a bit about you to help us arrange some viewings.
We’re pretty flexible with viewings but due to work schedules may sometimes be from 7pm onwards for week days, but let us know what works and we can try our best.
