Hello,

We are looking for a new FEMALE flat mate to move into our lovely 3 bedroom flat in Fulham/Hammersmith.

Available from 1st May 2026 (this can be flexible), on a monthly rolling tenancy.

The room is the largest in the flat and has a free standing bath and sink (so partly en-suite) It comes furnished with a bed, 2 chest of drawers, desk and chair.

Bills are not included and should come to approx £100pcm.

There is a large communal kitchen and large living room. The kitchen has a washer/dryer and a dishwasher. The flat is a vintage style, quirky place with beautiful wooden floors.

The flat is situated in a mansion block and is really secure. It is close to a park which is across the road (literally a second walk) and lots of supermarkets are nearby. Hammersmith tube station is a 12 minute walk from the flat. There are loads of high street shops in Hammersmith as well.

Important to note:
- please tell us about yourself when sending a message: age, job, hobbies etc.
- this is a smoking house hold and we do smoke in the kitchen (but nowhere else in the flat). So must be good with smoking, preferably a smoker !
- must be a dog lover. I have a rescue dog who loves humans and likes attention. Someone who is also willing to help out with her too would be great so would be good if sometimes the person WFH 🐶
- looking for someone aged 28+
- someone clean, tidy and friendly
- someone who is social but also can respect one another’s space

A bit about me, Ruby, I’m 32 and I work for a local authority in housing. I enjoy going for walks, seeing friends and cooking. I hybrid work from the office and home. Marcia is 32 from Portugal and is a nanny. She enjoys going for dinners, working out and is very spiritual.
