Big Single Room Available in Central London

I’m looking for a lady to occupy this big single room that is available from 2nd of August. The location is five minutes of walk from the West Kensington tube station.

Buses 306 and 28 are in front of the flat. Nearby supermarkets: Waitrose, Tesco, Lidl, Asda, Sainsbury, M&S. Ten minutes of walking to Fulham Broadway or Baron's Court.

It will be just me (tenant) and you, who is expected to be clean, tidy, respect the quiet hours, with common sense and good manners.

There's plenty of room for storage. The kitchen is big. You have your own fridge and cutlery, pots, frying pans, etc. There's a bathroom and a toilet (separated).

There's a big single bed, a small sofa, and a desk with a chair. You have the liberty to arrange the furniture as you please.
