Double bedroom in West Kensington

Hello! I’m looking for a new flatmate to move into my lovely 2-bedroom flat in West Kensington from beginning of October. My current flatmate has decided to move in with her boyfriend, so hoping I can find someone new to share this home as I love it here.

Looking for a professional in their late 20s or 30s, someone who’s friendly, clean and tidy, and ideally works from the office a few days per week. A little bit about me: I’m Spanish, 33 years old and work from the office 3 days per week (I have space in my room to work from there when I’m at home). I’m very chill and independent, open to socialise and occasionally spend time together in the flat or do activities outside, but also happy to do my own thing :)

The room is fully furnished and has a double ottoman bed with extra storage.

The flat is on the second floor of a period conversion, finished with modern features, it has 1 shared bathroom with a large shower, and an open plan kitchen, including full height fridge/freezer, induction hob, oven, dishwasher and washer/dryer. It has lots of natural light and it’s located in a very quiet area.

There’s plenty of communal storage in the flat, as well as space for a work from home set up in the living room.

The flat is in a great location, very close to different train stations: 5 min walk from West Kensington station and 10 min walk from Barons Court and Kensington Olympia. Very close as well to the big Tesco in Cromwell Road, High Street Kensington and Westfield.

The landlords are super friendly, we are in direct contact with them and are pretty responsive/happy to help with anything.

Rent is £1000 pcm excluding bills. Bills are currently around £200 pcm (this might vary depending on season) and include: council tax, electricity/gas, water, broadband and also a cleaner that comes every 2 weeks.
