Bright little room in the safe Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham with extra storage space in the house.

AVAILABILITY: The room is only available from the start of July until the end of August.

TRANSPORT: 15 minute walk from Hammersmith station, so you get direct access to the Piccadilly line (good to get to Central London), District line (good to get to East London) and Hammersmith & City line. Only 25 minutes from Paddington as well and very well connected via bus (Hammersmith is a large bus station).

LOCATION: Right next to Lillie park and about 200m from the river. There are 3 Express supermarkets, a Boots pharmacy, a gym and plenty of cafes within a 3 minute walk; the hospital is an extra 2 minutes away. Around Hammersmith station there are bigger supermarkets, plenty of shops (including an IKEA!) and a public library.
Imperial students - note that there is a library, gym and cafe for you to use in Charing Cross hospital.

BILLS: all included, even council tax.

THE HOUSE: lovely, with a big kitchen and space to hang out. There’s space to safely store bicycles in the garden, which also has a BBQ, hammock and paddling pool! There are 3 bathrooms of which 2 have showers/bathtubs.

HOUSEMATES: You’ll be living with 2 girls and 4 boys: a mixture of people who are in London working or doing PHDs. We’re a very friendly bunch, during the week we might go to the gym or work from home together but at the weekends we’ll usually have big dinners/BBQs together or all go to the park as a house :)
