Fulham Tenant Swap from Sept 7th

Hi there!

We're three Imperial graduates ('23 and '24) looking to swap a flatmate who's moving out due to long commute.

We are looking for someone tidy who enjoys the occasional kitchen chats and dinners.

Who are we:
I am an analyst at a small fintech firm.
T (any pronouns) is a final year PhD student at UCL in Maths.
J (he /him) is just starting his PhD at Imperial in civil engineering.
T and I have been living together for 3 years in this flat, and J is moving back to London after working abroad.

The room & house:
The room is a single bed and is ideal for someone on a budget. It fits a desk and chair, as well as a small wardrobe. The hallway just outside the room provides lots of storage space for hanging clothes and other possessions.

We have a living room with TV (and a swtich for the occasional smash bros)
Garden (lovely for summer BBQs),
Washer/dryer,
Dishwasher,
Two toilets: one bathtub and one shower,
Parking lot,
There is plenty of storage space across all floors.
Management responds quickly about fixtures in the house.
