Hey girls, I'm looking to fill 1 room in the house we rent in Fulham. Our lovely housemate is moving out to enter her homeowner era! We are all close, respectful and enjoy spending time together and catching up on our day, so we are really keen to continue that dynamic and find someone who is up for that kind of vibe!

About the room:
Double with doors out to the garden (£920/month)
Sharing bathroom with Lottie

About the house:
The house is spacious, bright and has a real homely feel. It faces Eel Brook Common and has an enclosed back garden. It's really well connected being a 5 minute walk to Fulham Broadway Station and 10 minutes to Parsons Green. There are plenty of shops, cafes, pubs and gyms nearby and we love living here!

Looking for:
A female between 27-31, (please do not message if younger), hybrid office days, obviously clean and tidy, someone who wants to be involved in house events, going to the pub or just generally spending time together watching series/movies and nattering away! We are also looking for someone who already lives in London and knows people & the area. Although we are all close, we all have our own friends :)

About us:
Megan is 27, from Newcastle, and works in insurance (in the office 3 days a week). She’s the gym bunny of the house but equally loves a good pub trip or night out, and is always up for a chilled evening in with a series and a catch-up.

Lottie is 29, from Cheshire, and works in luxury marketing (in the office 2–3 days a week), alongside some dog sitting on the side. She’s the unofficial photographer and itinerary planner of the house, loves hosting, and can usually be found pottering around West London in search of a good coffee spot (and a photo op).

Alex is 29, Irish but raised in Dubai, and works as a solicitor (in the office 3 days a week). She’s the horse girl of the house — when she’s not riding with the Household Cavalry, you’ll likely find her at the Fox & Pheasant in Chelsea.
