Spacious, Bright and Airy Double Room to Let

I’ve absolutely loved living here. It’s a beautiful, incredibly clean and modern flat with lots of natural sunlight throughout. The double room is spacious, bright and airy, and the flat also has a large shared living room which makes it feel really comfortable and homely.

Unfortunately I have to move out due to changing circumstances, otherwise I would happily stay longer.

I’m looking for someone to take over the final 2 months of my lease, July and August, through a tenancy transfer. Both the landlord and letting agent are fully aware and happy with the arrangement.

If you end up loving the flat, there is also the possibility to stay on after August and renew the lease directly.

The flat is next to Ravenscourt Park in a very friendly neighbourhood that feels incredibly safe. It’s also in a great location, only around 6 minutes from both Ravenscourt Park and Stamford Brook stations, with cafés, shops and supermarkets nearby.

I’m also willing to help out slightly with rent for someone genuinely interested.
