Ravenscourt Park Sublet (June & July)

I am subletting my room on Ravenscourt Park between 4th June - 24th July as I am travelling for work. Very flexible within that time period, but preferably looking for someone to fill most if not all of the time.

£210 a week including bills. Can be broken down night by night depending on length of stay.

The flat is right on Ravenscourt Park, between Hammersmith & Chiswick. Less than a minute’s walk from Ravenscourt Park tube station, on the district line so can be in central in 20 minutes. Plenty of supermarkets on Kings Road & lovely cafes, pubs & restaurants on the water.

You would be sharing with my 3 lovely female flatmates who spend varying time in the flat. Feel free to use the kitchen, living room for work etc as if it is your own. You’ll have a designated space to store your groceries.

The room itself is lovely. Tonnes of sunlight, especially in the morning. It has a desk, full length mirror, two drawers and a built in wardrobe

Please note as this is only a short sublet I will have to leave some of my belongings in the room. I will make sure to minimise it all and allow spare empty drawers + wardrobe space for yourself. I will also leave a fresh set of bedding but feel free to bring your own.
