Hey everyone 🙌

Sadly our fabulous housemate is spreading her wings and leaving this room after 6 years BUT LUCKY FOR ONE YOU GUYS this big bright double room is now available from June 1st!! We are re posting due to a last minute pull out and our search for a friendly housemate continues 🌞

Our flat is a mere one stop from Zone 1 and situated between West Kensington Station and Barons Court Station meaning you have the Piccadilly, District and Hammersmith and city lines on your doorstep 🚂

This place is great for access to parks and the river as we are walking distance to Holland Park, Kensington Gardens and Hammersmith Bridge. It has been great for running routes and pints spots by the river 🏃‍♂️

You will be living with me (27, Irish ☘️ and working in TV) and two other lovely girls, young professionals working as an accountant and physio. We are friends as well as housemates and enjoy a glass of wine together, watching a series or heading out to an exercise class but we respect each other’s space and downtime. We are looking for someone with a similar chill vibe who is friendly and social and will treat our flat like the home it is 💗
