One of our housemates is moving house and we are looking someone to move in with us. You'll be living with me, Alexia and Katie.

Rent is £1250/pm (deposit £1250)
Fixed bills of £52/pm covering council tax and TV license. Water and Electricity are paid quarterly (average £100pm)

Closest tube stations are Hammersmith & Barons Court (15 min walk). Only a short walk away from Hammersmith riverside with some lovely pubs and restaurants!
