Double Room with Ensuite in Fulham

Room available from July 12. I am heading overseas, so I’m looking for someone to takeover my lease.

About the room:
Massive double bedroom. Currently fits my bed, two side tables, a desk and a couch, with room to spare. Good closet space, as well as a storage unit. Large ensuite with bath. Everything comes with the room.

About the house:
3 story place in Fulham. Downstairs, we have a large lounge, a large kitchen and an outdoor area - which gets sunlight all day. 3 bedrooms and a bathroom on the middle floor, with my bedroom up the top.

About the flatmates:
The 3 guys are 26, 29 and 29. Two are Aussies and one is British. We are all great mates and get on super well. We watch tv together, share meals, go for drinks, exercise, trips, etc. Everyone works full time, one of the guys from home, but works out of his room. We still have time for ourselves, but we are a very social household.

The logistics:
Rent = £1115 (paid on the 3rd)
Bills = roughly £150 which includes fortnightly cleaner.
Bond = £1100
Lease is until January but renews each year.
Move in is the 12th, so July would be pro-rata for rent and bills.
