Rent: £855/month
Bills: Only hot water included. Electricity, internet and other bills are separate.

* Currently contains my own double bed, which will not be included

* Suitable for a student or young professional looking for an affordable room in a well-connected West London location

The replacement tenant will need to pass the landlord’s referencing process before being added to the tenancy.
