Sublet in lovel Hammersmith house (flexible dates)

Hello! I’m looking for someone to sublet my lovely double room in a beautiful house in Hammersmith from July until December (those dates are flexible, very open to shorter stays too).

The house is super spacious and peaceful, with a fully equipped kitchen, cosy living room, two bathrooms (one with a bath + shower and one with just a toilet), and both front and back gardens. It’s really well located: around a 10-minute walk to Barons Court and Hammersmith stations, with lots of great cafés, pubs and the Thames river path nearby.

The room is bright and airy, with a double bed and two wardrobes, so there’s plenty of storage space. Bills are included in the rent.

You’ll be living with two friendly professional women in their early 30s who enjoy cooking, exhibitions, films and keeping the house feeling calm and welcoming. We also have a very friendly ginger kitten 🐱

The room would suit a clean, considerate professional looking for a relaxed home rather than a party house.
