Hi! I'm looking for someone to take over my room in a clean, comfortable, and friendly home.

The room is bright, fully furnished, and offers plenty of space for working from home, relaxing, and storage. The property is well maintained and includes a fully equipped kitchen, shared living areas, and all the essentials for comfortable day-to-day living.

The location is excellent, with easy access to public transport, shops, supermarkets, cafés, and other local amenities. It's a convenient area for both professionals and students.

You'll be sharing with a friendly group of housemates who enjoy a good balance between having our own space and spending time together. We often cook together in the evenings, head to the pub for a pint, watch films, or just hang out in the communal areas after work. There's usually a guitar being played somewhere in the house, and we enjoy having a relaxed, sociable atmosphere without it feeling like a party house.
