Room for rent near Barons Court

I’m sadly moving out of my flat based in Hammersmith, and I’m looking for someone to take over the lease at the start of July! It is a large, furnished double bedroom, with lots of natural lighting. The flat has a shared living room, kitchen, balcony and 2 bathrooms. Rent is currently £800 a month and bills are around £60-70 per month. There are also 2 other rooms becoming available at the start of August that are ~£1000 a month.

It is a 5 minute walk from Baron’s Court station (District and Piccadilly lines) and a 15 minute walk to Hammersmith station (District, Picadilly, Hammersmith and City and Circle lines) and West Kensington Station!

Current flatmates:
You will be sharing with 3 lovely girls who are sociable, friendly and clean. They all work full-time and are always down to watch a film or go out to eat but also very respectful of people’s space and time! I’m so sad to be moving out but I am moving in with my partner who has recently moved jobs!
