We're looking for the right person to rent a beautiful, private en-suite within our home on Wandsworth Bridge Road for £1,500 per month.
The accommodation offers excellent privacy, with your own spacious bedroom, private bathroom and private kitchen located upstairs, giving you an independent living space while still being part of a welcoming home. The only shared facilities are the laundry room and our lovely terrace, which you're welcome to enjoy.
A little about us: we're a small family of three—my partner, myself and our two-year-old son. We live a calm lifestyle centred around conscious parenting, mutual respect and creating a peaceful environment where everyone feels comfortable. We both work hard, value our privacy and take great pride in maintaining a clean, organised and well-looked-after home.
Outside of work, we're both passionate about martial arts and have trained for many years. Discipline, respect, responsibility and consideration for others are values that naturally extend into how we live day to day.
We're looking for someone who shares a similar mindset. This home would suit a respectful professional who works in the office or keeps long working hours, enjoys their own company and is looking for a quiet, peaceful place to come home to rather than a busy house share.

-Please leave shared areas clean after use.
-Respect quiet hours and everyone's privacy.
