Double Room in Relaxed & Friendly Home

Double Room Available in a Friendly & Sociable House – Hammersmith/Fulham (W6)

We're looking for a friendly new housemate to join our home just off Lillie Road, ideally someone who enjoys a relaxed, respectful household and is happy to be part of the occasional social evening while also appreciating everyone's own space.

The room is available no later than 23 August. An earlier move-in date may also be possible, so if you'd like to move sooner, just let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate.

The house is bright, comfortable and has everything you need to feel at home. It includes:

* A spacious kitchen and communal living area, perfect for cooking, chatting or relaxing together.
* A private rear garden - great for enjoying a morning coffee, summer BBQs or simply unwinding after work.
* Two bathrooms, each with a shower/bath and toilet, making it easy to avoid the morning rush.
* Low heating and hot water costs thanks to the property's district heating network, so bills stay affordable regardless of usage.
* Council Tax Band D

The house is in a fantastic spot on the border of Hammersmith and Fulham, offering the perfect balance between a peaceful residential setting and excellent access to everything London has to offer.

Within a short walk you'll find:

* Barons Court, Hammersmith and West Kensington Underground stations, providing quick connections on the District, Piccadilly, Circle and Hammersmith & City lines.
* Plenty of bus routes serving Central London, Kensington, Chelsea, Putney, Richmond and beyond.
* Supermarkets including Lidl, Aldi, Waitrose, Sainsbury's, Co-op and Tesco, as well as independent cafés, bakeries, pubs and restaurants.

We're three friends (including a male-female couple and one other housemate) from different countries, all working in different industries. We have a relaxed, friendly and communicative home where everyone gets on well.

We're respect each other's privacy, but we also genuinely enjoy spending time together. Depending on the week, that might mean:

* pubs and events,
* board game evenings,
* afternoon tea,
* cooking and sharing dinners,
* summer BBQs in the garden,
* hosting friends,
* travelling together,
* or simply catching up after work.

We also often head to the gym together for a swim or a game of tennis.

We're looking for someone who's friendly, approachable, considerate and LGBTQ+ friendly, and who'd enjoy contributing to the welcoming atmosphere we've built in the house.
