Looking to fill my room in our flat in Fulham/Hammersmith area, living with an Aussie and two Kiwi gals in their late 20s/ early 30s.
We are a friendly bunch who have all become great friends. We do enjoy our own space, particularly during the week but are social gals who love a pub trip or drink by the river together.
Great bus routes from Fulham palace road (220, 74, 430).
20 min walk to Hammersmith Station, 25 to Putney Bridge, and a short bus ride to West Brompton for the over ground.
The room gets lots of natural light and the landlord has been doing some work to upgrade the place, such as new bathroom/ toilet etc.

Lease is rolling month by month with a private landlord.
Rent: £711 per month not incl bills.
Bond: £600
Bills come to around £120 a month. We all share responsibility of these between us and add them to a splitwise with any consumables.
