Two lovely rooms in Hammersmith

Hi girlies!!
My flatmate & I are currently looking for two lovely ladies to join our flat in hammersmith & fulham, W6 8HW - a 5 minute walk to Barons Court tube station, where you can get the District & Piccadilly line - as our current flatmates are heading to Europe & Dubai ✈️
The rooms are £850 and £925, with bills coming to ~£100 per month
You would be joining a clean, sociable yet respectful flat where we enjoy each others company and will head to the pub together, but also understand when someone just wants to chill out!
I work 9-5 (wfh 2 days per week) and when I’m not at work, I’ll be riding my bike, reading my book or in a local coffee shop. My flatmate works shifts & enjoys winding down when not at work ☺️
The move in date & rent is due on August 1st, with the deposit being a months rent. We will be hosting viewings Monday 20th, but can also arrange virtual viewings/different dates if needed 🕺🏻
