Sadly I am flying the nest and my room will be available from 1st September.

Current housemates: 3 professionals in their mid/late 20s (and looking for a housemate within the same age group range 27-30). We enjoy wine, food, being active and spending lots of time out and about. We are a social house with separate groups of friends but also love to spend evenings together at home.

The house is great with a big living room, dining room and kitchen, we have a garden that's great in the summer and the house has two and half bathrooms.

We are walking distance to Hammersmith and Barons Court, the river is just a 5 minute walk and there is a park opposite.

The room available is on the second floor; it is unfurnished (wardrobe included) but there will be the option to buy furniture (bed, desk & bedside table) off the previous tenant.

Rent is £1,020 plus bills, which are roughly £120 a month.
