Hello!
We are looking for someone to swap onto our tenancy for the next academic year.
We have a lovely 4 bed house in Hammersmith just off Fulham Palace Road and currently have one double bedroom available from mid September.
The house has two bathroom (so you’d only be sharing with one other), kitchen and living room and a lovely outdoor space with dining table and bbq.
The house a 1 minute walk away from the bus stop (74, 430, 211, 295, 424) and a 15 minute walk from both Hammersmith and Barons Court stations. Also, Charing Cross hospital is less than 10 minutes away!
We are 3 students (2 Medics and a PhD student) who are looking to stay until next September so looking for another student to stay for the year.
The rent is £1045 for the room with wifi included, the rest of the bills aren’t included.
