Hi girls! We have a fully-furnished room available in our 4-bed West Kensington flat, move in date August 17.

ABOUT US:
We're a third-floor flat (stair access only).
Please note there is no living room, but we are a social flat and often eat dinner together and chat in the kitchen! You'll be living with three housemates (all girls aged late twenties to early thirties). We all work in office 5 days a week so ideally we're looking for a housemate with a similar set-up, but we're open-minded. We value living in a tidy flat and often clean together on afternoons or weekends. There's a Sainsbury's Local just around the corner and a huge Tesco Superstore 10 minutes away.

💸RENT & BILLS:
Rent: £625 paid on the 14th of each month.
Bills: ‡ £100, fluctuates depending on season, but usually no higher!
