We’re tying to put an offer in (today/tomorrow) for a really nice 3bed 1bath flat in Fulham/Hammersmith area! It’s well connected and a 13min walk to Hammersmith station. Will need a UK guarantor and £261.54 for the offer deposit (will go towards 1st month's rent)!

What we're looking for: Someone between the age of ~23-30 who is social, respectful, tidy, and would like to actually be friends with their flatmates! We're looking forward to chill nights in, but also fun nights out, so would love for someone to fit in with that dynamic. Of course, we also like having time to ourselves as well.
