✨ Huge En-Suite Room Available in South Fulham✨

Our lovely attic ensuite room in South Fulham is going to be available from 1st November, and we’re looking for someone lovely to join our flat! 🏡

The room is HUGE — and I genuinely mean huge. There’s so much space that you could easily create your own little reading nook, work-from-home corner, dressing area, or whatever you fancy. You also have your own private bathroom, and because it’s an attic room, you essentially have the entire top floor to yourself, so there’s loads of privacy.

💷 £1,070/month + bills
Bills are currently around £90–£100/month.

📍 The location

We’re in a lovely, quiet residential part of South Fulham, but still really well connected:

🚶‍♀️ 10 mins to Wandsworth Town
🚶‍♀️ 10 mins to Imperial Wharf
🚶‍♀️ 15 mins to Parsons Green
🚌 5 mins to Fulham Broadway
🚌 10 mins to Earl’s Court

There’s also a high street nearby with loads of cafés, restaurants, pubs and shops, plus a huge Sainsbury’s, so everything you need is really close by.

🏠 The flat

You’d be sharing the kitchen and living room with two other flatmates, Erica and Amy.

Erica is 26, from New York and recently moved to London. She works in marketing in Shepherd’s Bush and is genuinely one of the loveliest people you could live with. She’s always up for going to the gym, running, chilling in the park, taking spontaneous trips, going clubbing, or just heading out for a drink.

Amy is a professional dancer and is equally wonderful. They’re both super sweet, friendly, respectful and clean/tidy, so we’ve got a really nice atmosphere at home. 🫶🏼

It’s definitely a home where you can have your own space and privacy, but also have people around to do things with if you want to!

👀 Who we’re looking for

The room is available from 1st November onwards.

You would need to either:

* Have a full-time job, or
* Have a UK-based guarantor

I’m unfortunately moving back to my home country, which is the only reason this room is becoming available.
