Looking for a friendly, considerate, and easy-going female flatmate for a 3-month short-term sublet from 4th November 2026 to 30th January 2027.

Rent is £850 per month.

You will be moving into a fully equipped, comfortable room in a 2-storey house. Priority will be given to someone who can commit to the full 3-month duration.

The Location:
Minutes from the river: Located just a 1-minute walk from the beautiful Hammersmith Riverside.

Excellent transport & walks: A 10-minute walk to Hammersmith Bridge and a 15-minute walk to both Hammersmith Station and Fulham Pier. It is a truly lovely, vibrant area.

The Room
Bright & Spacious: Located on the first floor, this east-facing room catches beautiful morning light.

Fully equipped: Includes a cosy small double bed, your own fridge + freezer, kettle, desk, chair, and lamps.

Tons of storage: Plenty of space to pack away your belongings in a built-in wall closet with enough room to store suitcases.

Extras provided: Fresh bed sheets, towels, and hand towels are all provided for your stay.

Plant lovers welcome: There are a few houseplants in the room that will need a little love and light watering!

The House & Shared Facilities:
Bathroom: Shared with 3 other friendly female flatmates.

Cleaning: The house also has a common vacuum cleaner. There is a broom and dust-pan in the room. There is a cleaner who comes in once a week to clean the common areas.

Kitchen: Shared among 7 people total. You will have your own dedicated kitchen cabinet, and you are more than welcome to use the existing utensils and tableware.

Laundry: 2 washing machines available in the house, with laundry detergent pods fully provided. The room also comes with a fold-away drying rack.

House Vibes & Preferences:
Monthly rent is £850 per month.
All Bills Included: No extra costs or hidden fees—rent covers all bills.

Vegetarian preferred: I am vegetarian, so a vegetarian flatmate is highly preferred.
