Spare Room 3 Months

I’m subletting my room for 3 months while I’m away travelling.

The room is in a lovely, newly renovated first-floor flat, fully furnished and with a really spacious living room. There’s a good-sized kitchen and a bathroom with both a separate shower and standalone bath.

Bedroom has a King size bed, a Wardrobe, Chest of Draws, TV.

The location is one of the best things about the flat — it’s about 30 seconds from the Thames, with beautiful riverside walks right on the doorstep. Hammersmith station is around a 15-minute walk away, with easy transport links across London.

The flat is bright, comfortable and feels very much like a home, so I’m looking for someone who’ll enjoy and look after it while I’m away.
