Large double bedroom (Fulham) 1st October

We have a lovely double bedroom available from 1st October in our 5-bedroom house on Burnthwaite Road, Fulham, close to Fulham Broadway and Parsons Green.

One of our housemates has been living here for over 2 years and is unfortunately moving on, so we’re looking for someone new to join the house!

The house is a beautiful, fully furnished 5-bedroom property. Each bedroom has a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. There’s a really nice shared living room, a separate fully equipped kitchen, and 2 full bathrooms.

All bills are included in the rent, including gas, electricity, water, council tax, internet and TV licence.

The communal areas are also professionally cleaned every week, including the kitchen, bathrooms and other shared spaces.

We’re currently a mix of British and South Africans, aged 23-25, and we have a mix of guys and girls. We’re a friendly, social household and are looking for someone around a similar age who will fit in well with the house.
