Spacious double room in friendly house share

Double room located in the basement floor of a 4 storey terraced house. Lots of floor space, I currently have a second wardrobe in but could easily fit a desk area. This level was previously a separate unit to the rest of the house but is now connected through an internal staircase. It has its own entrance and despite being half below street level the large windows let in lots of light. Outside of the room itself is communal space with a large room, bathroom with shower and washing machine, and access to the garden. Not an en suite but others rarely use it as there’s two other bathrooms and another washing machine upstairs.

The rest of the house has a large living room, kitchen and storage room on the ground floor. Two bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor, and a double en-suite in the top floor.

In the house is an Australian couple (m 27 / f 25), Australian (f 31) and Irish (f 29). All working professionals, we all get along well and there’s a great atmosphere in the house that we want to maintain. Looking preferably for a male to keep the gender balance in the house, but someone who is friendly, social but also has their own hobbies.
