I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a lovely 3-bedroom flat in West Kensington, in a fantastic location with excellent transport links.

The room is a comfortable double room and comes furnished with a bed, built-in wardrobe, an additional freestanding wardrobe and bedside tables.

The flat has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a separate living room, a kitchen and even an additional guest room! It’s bright, well-maintained and offers a lovely balance of having your own space while sharing with others.

The flat is ideally located in West Kensington, with plenty of shops, cafés, restaurants, pubs and supermarkets nearby. It’s also well connected for getting around London:

* West Kensington station: 4-minute walk
* Barons Court station: 10-minute walk
* West Brompton station: 14-minute walk

Whether you’re commuting to work or enjoying everything London has to offer, the location is hard to beat.

You’ll be sharing with two lovely girls who work as a physiotherapist and a theatre performer. They’re friendly, accommodating and respectful, making it a welcoming place to call home.

I’m looking to move out in late November, although the exact move-in date is flexible and open to discussion.

The room would be taken over under the existing tenancy, subject to landlord/agent approval and referencing. The current tenancy runs until 27 June 2027, with the possibility of an extension, as the landlord has been open to extending in the past.

I genuinely love this flat and its location, and I wouldn’t be leaving if it weren’t for a new job opportunity. It’s a lovely home, and I’m hoping to find someone who will enjoy living here as much as I have!
