3 Bedroom 3 baths flat in Fulham - close to the river and 5min walk from Imperial Wharf station

Our lovely flatmate, Erik, is moving to another country after 4 years living in this flat, and we are looking for someone to take over his room :)

The flat: 1st floor flat , split level with beautiful terrace.
Shared living room.
Kitchen with all appliances (kettle, toaster, freezer and fridge) and pots/pans/plates which we are more than happy to share
Washing machine and dryer - all appliances are fairly new and working
Little storage room

Council tax: around 60£ pp per month
Bills: around 60£per month

The room: cozy double bedroom with chest of drawers, desk and chair and built in wardrobe
Room comes with own modern bathroom which is next door

The flatmates: Barbara and I have moved in at the beginning of October and we clicked immediately :) We would love to find someone willing to make this place home. We sometimes have dinner together and watch series but we also like to give each other personal space.
Ideally looking for someone who doesn't wfh full time.
Honesty and communication are key :)

Barbara is from Venezuela and works full time as an Engineer, some days from home. She is friendly, sociable, easygoing and enjoy living an active lifestyle. She loves going to the gym. playing tennis and exploring new places. She is clean, tidy and respectful of sharing spaces.

Marzia is from Italy, full time NHS worker and yoga teacher who's addicted to coffee. She's into wellbeing and exploring, always down to try new things although often busy. Very tidy and clean. She loves a good book as much as a good festival.
