Spacious, well lit en-suite bedroom with garden

Spacious, well lit en-suite bedroom OR standard bedroom in a 4 person house with garden and spacious living room.
Note that if you prefer then non ensuite room for 100£ less per month we can also let this one. We need 1 person but can let either the ensuite or non ensuite, check the photos of the corresponding room:). Note that the video is for the ensuite. Move in can be ealier than 17th december, we are looking for a replacement as soon as possible.
The house is divided on 3 floors, offering a spacious garden with barbecue, outside dining table, indoor full size american pool table, recently refurbished kitchen.
All in a quiet residential neighboorhood in Fulham/Hammersmith in Fulham.
Our friend occupying the room left due to ill health so we are now looking for a replacement.
We are 3 Imperial College Students looking for a 4th person to come live with us until April, and would be happy to accomodate for any needs!
1 of us if from Hong Kong, another from Taiwan, and the last one from France. We study mechanical engineering, electrical engineering and computer engineering.
We like to play pool so have a pool table in the living room, if you like that as well:). During the week we're mostly out/on campus working so this house works well for work from home people as well.
Ideally we would like a student to live with us, we'll show you around the block and the nearby pubs between pool and football games outside!
A worker would also be perfectly fine- we are friendly and adaptable so will accomodate anyone. Council tax is B band
