Super Large double room & living space

A VERY COOL SPACE!
Available from end June, possibly earlier.
The house is on a quiet, safe residential street, situated between the Fulham Palace Road and the river,

Our supersize basement area has a double bed & living area arrangement. There is a good size desk and a desk chair.
The room has a small toilet and basin, it also has a bar area with a fridge and another sink. Also basic cooking facilities in the room (but of course you can use our main kitchen for oven and hob cooking!)
The room has ample cupboard & storage space.

That is a small bar area and a large sofa. So it is a studio arrangement for privacy. A wet room/power shower is on the ground floor, directly at the top of the basement stairs.

The house is occupied by myself (owner).
(My two grown-up daughters, aged 29 and 26, visit periodically)
We have an adorable 8 year old golden retriever, she is very gentle & quiet!

It would very much suit a professional. (Students have loved it too!)
We are in Zone 2, just north of the river,
8 minutes walk from Hammersmith tube. Excellent transport links with tube and bus, and plenty of immediate amenities, including supermarkets, cafes and gyms. There is a Pret on the corner!
