Spacious double room in lovely West Hampstead flat

Hello! I'm looking for someone to take over my room in this amazing West Hampstead flat.

The room itself bright and airy with plenty of storage space. The flat is a maisonette has a spacious shared kitchen and living room.

There are fantastic public transport links - great bus options right on the doorstep and about 15 minutes from Thameslink and Jubilee/Metropolitan line

West Hampstead is also a fantastic area. There are loads of lovely shops, bars, restaurants nearby. Also within walking distance from the amazing Hampstead heath.

You'll be living with two friendly female flatmates. Monique is from Australia and works as a teacher. Grace is from Ireland and works in global health. Both are very tidy and respectful and are looking for someone to be the same. We enjoy hanging out and chatting together in the living room when we're in, but equally respect each others privacy and are happy to do our own thing.

We rent through and agency although the landlord is quick to respond to any issues when we get in touch with him directly. Bills not included but come to about £130 per month.
