Double room in Hampstead :)

This bedroom is available in Hampstead- beautiful location and friendly housemates. The room overlooks some lovely green gardens and whilst we don't have access to them it's only a short walk to Primrose Hill or Hampstead Heath.

The room itself is a standard double size but there is a ton of space in the built-in wardrobe and storage compartment on top!

It has fantastic transport links to get you wherever you need to go:
7 mins walk to Swiss Cottage Station (Jubilee)
8 mins walk to Finchley Road Station (Jubilee & Met)
11 mins walk to Finchley Road & Frognal (Overground)
14 mins walk to Belsize Park Station (Northern)
There's also a bus stop right outside that'll get you to Paddington and a load of other bus options on Finchley Road.

Food-wise there's a big Sainsburys, Waitrose and Aldi by Finchley Road and a bunch of nice pubs & restaurants up in Hampstead.

There are 2 communal bathrooms (toilet and shower in each) and 1 kitchen and there is a large shared living room. There is also a utility room with an extra fridge/freezer, washing machine & dryer.

There are 4 other housemates, currently 2 guys & 2 woman, and they're a friendly professional bunch. It definitely isn't a party flat but there's a decent social / chill vibe.

Bills are not included - these come to roughly £150pm and cover heating, electricity, broadband, water, council tax and usually a cleaner every 2 weeks for the common areas.
