Double Room with Natural Light

Waking up in the morning, you sit out on our New York style fire escape with a tea or coffee in-hand. You have breakfast with the morning sun shining through the windows of the living room, getting ready to start your day. In the afternoon the sun brightens your room, giving it a warm glow while at night, you cozy up in the living room on the plush sofas, either having a chat or doing your own thing.

A lovely fully furnished double room is now available in our 3-bed, 1-bath flat in Hampstead/Finchley Road. It has amazing connections with less than a 5min walk away from the Jubilee, Metropolitan and Mildmay lines with everything from Aldi, a (giant) Sainsbury, Waitrose, and even a cinema all within the same distance. Hampstead village and Hampstead Heath are also 10-15min walk respectively and it's such a pleasure going there after work for a walk or on weekends.

You'll be sharing the flat with Cristina (27) and Todd (31). We're both mid-late twenties working professionals in Fashion and Financial Services/Tech respectively who each love travel, art, and staying active.

We treat this flat like home so we're looking for someone who is:
- Clean and likes keeping things clean
- Working professional (ideally similar age to us)
- Doesn't WFH full-time
- Is sociable but likes doing their own thing as well

At this stage the room is available for 6+ months but open to discussing a different timeframe.

Bills are not included in the rent but should be around 170 and includes Council Tax (Camden Band D), Water, Electricity & Gas, Cleaner and Wifi. Deposit is £1000 (or £500 if on a shorter timeframe)

The room is furnished but please feel free to change things to your needs!
