Mon - Fri room with ensuite in leafy Hampstead

Hi,

We have a furnished double room to let - Monday to Friday only.

In lovely, leafy, Hampstead.

Open to short or longer term. And happy to consider Monday - Wednesday or Thursday.

Charge is £50 pn. Includes all bills and weekly change of clean sheets and towels.

Sharing with one couple (me and my boyfriend). My boyfriend’s children (age 9 and 13) stay on Thursday nights and every second weekend.

The guest room (available for rent) is at the back and has sole use of bathroom with shower next to it on a corridor.

Street parking out front is always easy to find - and free except between 12:30-2:30pm Mo-Fri.

It’s a large, three bedroom, garden flat. My boyfriend and I stay in master bedroom with en-suite. The children share a bedroom when here - and use our en suite bathroom.

I work freelance in film, currently writing, at office 3 days per week. Boyfriend’s in finance, at office Mo-Fri.

Kitchen is fully equipped and we’d allocate fridge space.

There’s a patio out back and a garden that we share with upstairs neighbours.

We have two cats! They're very chilled and mostly stay out of the room that's for rent.

There are many transport options - Hampstead station on the northern line is 12 mins walk, West Hampstead for the Jubilee line, Overground and Thameslink trains is 14 mins walk. Buses include 13, 113 and 139 - within 5 mins walk. Check TFL journey planner from NW3 7SN
