A newly furbished house, one double bedroom (en-suite) is available to rent in a friendly house share in a safe and secure street in NW3. Available from 26th June 2026.

Located very close to the 02 centre (Virgin Active, Vue cinema, large Sainsbury's and various shops and food outlets) with more amenities on Finchley road and West End Lane, West Hampstead.

The house is located 5 min walk away from Finchley Road tube station (Jubilee and Metropolitan lines) and 1 min walk to Finchley & Frognal train station (Overground).

The house is arranged over 3 levels on a safe street, with on street parking available. The whole house is newly furnished with up to date appliances. The living area is comfortable and spacious and the house is well insulated so stays warm in the winter! There is a big open plan kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine and tumble dryer. We have a large south facing back garden area perfect for BBQs in the summer.

The rooms are light and modern and have double beds, en suite bathrooms and wardrobes. There is plenty of desk space if working from home is required.

There is a big Sainsbury's and Waitrose nearby and many lovely pubs and restaurants! We are a short walk away from Hampstead Heath.

Rent is £1050. Council tax is included in this but the remaining bills (Water, G&E, Broadband) come to about £70 per month.

The house belongs to a private landlord who provides an excellent service and is quick to respond to maintenance issues. Deposit of 5 weeks rent will be required and a reference may be necessary.

We are female and male flatmates, all professional, in our late 20s / early 30s and we are looking for someone friendly & clean with common interests who will fit in to the house well.
