Room in 3 bed flat in Hampstead

Hey! My name is Simão and my flatmate Emma and I are looking for someone who would want to share a flat with us starting in August. The room is quite spacious with a large window and its own walk in closet and desk. The flat is located on a top floor and has a large kitchen, separate dining room and living room and one bathroom. There is also a quiet beautiful shared garden at the back with lots of space. The flat is in a lovely area very close to Hampstead High Street (5 min walk) and Hampstead Heath (10 min walk). For transport there is Hampstead station (6 min walk) and Finchley Road (10 min walk) as well as Overground stations nearby; there is also a bus stop right outside which takes you to Paddington/ the City.

We are both Film recent graduates so someone working in a creative industry would be a plus! We are both extremely tidy so we are looking for someone who is as clean and respectful of the others´ common areas as we are.
