Double room in Hampstead

Double room in a 2 bed flat in Hampstead, a 5 minute walk to the tube (Hampstead, Northern Line) and just off Flask Walk. The overground (Hampstead Heath, Mildmay Line) is a short 10 minute walk away too as well as all of the shops and places to eat and drink in Hampstead - and the Heath is at the end of the road, we’re near the parkrun set off spot.

I am looking for a housemate to move into this room as my current housemate and lovely friend is moving in with her partner in October.

I’m Lucy, 34 years old. I am a Human Resources manager working largely from the office 3 days and remote for the other 2. Open to people who are either in an office or working from home.

Hoping for someone to take the room who is up for being sociable at times but we are also respectful of each other’s space. I have become really close friends with my previous housemates and feel it is important to get on and be on a level with each other and the way we live. I am a tidy, clean person, quiet and respectful, and believe home is a sanctuary to retreat to, so I’d like to find someone who feels the same. My current housemate has a lovely, sweet dog so open to consider someone with a little dog of similar nature, well behaved, quiet, cuddly. There’s communal gardens downstairs and of course a big park at the end of the road for walks…

The flat is on the 3rd floor of an old building, no lift. It is furnished albeit the room will largely be empty, it has built in wardrobes and a storage cupboard, and there is the flexibility to bring your own bed or having the landlord supply (current bed pictured has been sold). The landlord here is great, responds to direct whatsapp messages very promptly. We just had a new washer installed as well as some repairs in the bathroom without any quibbles.
