Sweet single room in Hampstead with twin bed

My flatmate is moving out, so I am looking for a friendly flatmate to move in (female only).

The flat: The room has built in wardrobes and cupboards, a twin bed with a new mattress, a desk, a mirror, and a bedside cabinet. There is one bathroom with a full length bath and plenty of storage, a kitchen with a dishwasher, a very large living room, and a storage cupboard in the hallway. The area is very safe and friendly, with on street parking available. Council tax is band E, total bills (wifi, council tax, gas and electricity, water all add up to around £200 a month per person).

Transport: The flat is a 20 minute walk to West Hampstead station (Mildmay, Jubilee, and Thameslink connections) or a quick bus ride to either Golders Green (Northern) or Hampstead (Northern).

Who you would be living with: It's a two person flat, so I would be the only other flatmate. I'm tidy, love to cook and make music, and prefer a quiet, calm home environment.
