Large room in friendly girls’ flatshare

I’m sadly leaving my lovely room after nearly 2 years as I’m moving in with my boyfriend, so I’m looking for someone to take over my room.

The flat is currently home to two lovely girls in their 20s, one from Australia who works as a teacher and one from England who works in events. We’re looking for someone who is friendly, considerate, clean and easy-going, and who would be happy living in a relaxed flat.

The room comes fully furnished with everything shown in the photos. As I’m moving into a furnished flat, I need to leave the everything in the room and would be looking for the new tenant to buy it from me. I’m asking around £350 for the bed and mattress (only a few months old), wardrobe and white chest of drawers. All other furniture came with the flat.

I’ve now moved out, so we’re looking for someone to move in as soon as possible.

I’d ideally be looking to do viewings on Thursday 17th September.
