We have a double room available from the 1st of November in a lovely and friendly house share! We’re spread across 4 floors so there’s heaps of space for everyone to relax and do their own thing.

We’re really looking for a friend to join our home, not just a housemate. While we all have our own schedules and completely respect each other's quiet time and space, we love catching up when we can, whether that’s cooking and sharing meals together, movie nights, or going for walks to the heath or primrose hill.

The Room & House Details:
- Your room is a furnished double, on the same floor as the main shared bathroom
- There’s a second toilet downstairs by the utility room (and another housemate has an en-suite, so no bathroom queues)
- You’ll be sharing with 4 friendly girls
- It’s a private landlord who is super easy to reach and message

Location: Tucked right in between West Hampstead and Hampstead, the location is amazing!!
- Finchley Road tube station (Metropolitan & Jubilee lines) – 5 min walk
- Finchley & Frognal Overground – 2 min walk
- Hampstead Heath – 20 min walk
- Primrose Hill – 30 min walk
- Everything you need is right on your doorstep: Aldi, Sainsbury’s, Waitrose, and a VUE cinema are all just minutes away
- Council permit parking is available if you have a car

Rent & Bills:
- Rent: £891/month (excluding bills).
- Bills: Approx. £150/month. We manage most bills easily on Splitwise, and this room takes care of setting up the Wi-Fi and the bi-weekly cleaner.
