I’m generally quiet and very tidy/clean. It would be great to meet someone similar. Happy to chat, and cook once in a while or give you any space you need.

I don't mind someone who vapes , but definitely don't not a cigarette or otherwise smoker

The Property

1930s purpose built flat with on the street parking.

The flat is really well kept with wooden/parquet floors throughout.
Double Glazing, BT Halo wifi, smart TVs in living room and bedroom. Netflix and Amazon Prime available.

Fully equipped kitchen (sorry no microwave!) I have a great Neff oven though and ninja air fryer. You will have your own bathroom during your stay which is equipped with toilet, sink, bath, electric power shower and is modern and clean. - and has recently been freshly painted.

I currently have a cleaner who comes and does her magic once a fortnight. She will clean your bathroom but not your room.

The Room

Recently painted decent sized double room with double bed (new frame/mattress!!!) new single wardrobe, and built in storage/shelving making up for the single wardrobe. Two windows allowing for lots of day light if you want that, with plantation shutters, parquet flooring. There is thermostatic gas controlled large double radiator in the room for those colder days. (I’m not stingy with heating!)

Nice neighbourhood and very desirable area which in Hampstead Garden Suburb with a M&S food/Waitrose and local shops/post offices about a 10 min walk from the apartment.

Great transport links, 1-2 mins walk to bus stops, with a short ride to either East Finchley or Golders Green tube stations. National Express bus services to pretty much everywhere including airports from Golders Green.

Close to Hampstead/Finchley/Golders Green, Kenwood/Hampstead Heath. Zone 3 for easy access to Central London and Euston (16 mins on the Northern Line), Kings Cross/St Pancras (20mins on the Northern Line.)

Closely located to the M1 (5-7 mins in a car) the A40/M40 (25 mins in a car)
