One bedroom flat NW11 - exchange for housekeeping

We have a newly refurbished, furnished one bedroom annex in NW11 (a very leafy area overlooking Hampstead Heath Extension), connected to our house (but with its own entrance). The flat comprises a kitchen, dining and lounge area, bedroom and bathroom.

We are looking to provide this accommodation at no cost, including utilities in exchange for an agreed amount of support, around the main house helping with with housework and cleaning, babysitting and housesitting.

This would suit a highly responsible single person who is 21 years old or over, studying in London (ideally teacher training or similar), or working flexibly with some spare time. It is important that this person really likes and ideally has experience working with children.

Ideally would have full clean driving licence to help with school pickups in Hampstead/Highgate area on occasion.

A DBS check would be required. This would be a short term agreement (reviewed each 3 months)
